Stay away from the large chain rebuilder and consider a local shop that specializes in transmissions. Also, keep in mind that the engine has to be in good shape, and you have to tell the rebuilder, what your purpose is, whether it’s stock or whether it’s is for some sort of racing or off road.
Scotty I can not find a factory rebuilt 4R100 Ford trans? Do you have a source?
Having a transmission rebuilt comes with a High Probability of too much trouble and comes with too many risks. warranties are nice but will lead to having your car tied up in a shop off and on. No thanks
3:30 2010s GMs were real bad about their blend doors clicking when u would turn the car on. Play around with the temp adjustments going from max to min on both sides, change air distribution by turning it to the feet position and to defrost and chest. Notice when it clicks and when it stops. Replace corresponding blend door
