That’s a jack stand. Not a car support. It’s supposed to be literally inside the floor jack to support it while up. Not the car.
It is called a “jack stand” for a reason. It has nothing to do with vehicle support on its own.
Yo Chris you’re the man!!! I just changed my front brake pads in the big 2025 for the first time cause of your video, never worked on my car before! I’ve been watching your videos for a while and you’ve inspired me!! Only thing is I wasn’t able to change my rotors cause I have 2 phillips screws on them that are stripped it seems, do you have any suggestions to get them off? I tried using penetrating fluid and smacking a screwdriver with a hammer, but didn’t work. You’re awesome I got a lot of other stuff I wanna do to my car cause of your content!!!
